Intervention Research and Program Science

Feast is investing in program science and intervention research, in which program implementers and Indigenous STBBI community stakeholders will have direct influence over research foci (e.g., prevention and/or care and treatment of STBBI).  Moreover, this will have direct health policy (e.g., funding mechanisms) and health program impacts by stimulating the further development, refinement, and metrics that demonstrate the effectiveness of Indigenous STBBI health programs. Intervention research and program science will ultimately demonstrate the value of Indigenous STBBI interventions on the health of Indigenous communities.
